Responsible for creating cutting edge user experiences and interface wireframing for digital health and wellness platforms.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Planning and testing of possible user experiences, use cases, and conducting Ux research
• Designing user experiences for digital health and wellness platforms and applications
• Wireframing user interfaces
• Collaborating with internal and external business partners, listening to their needs, and solving technical problems.
• Creating and presenting prototypes, gathering feedback and detailing design specifications.
• Maintaining good working relationships with fellow team members and client representatives

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Given a goal and brief idea, you have the ability to work on an objective level to scope out written specifications with use cases, screen elements and other requirements.
• You have the ability to understand the problem and can effectively communicate how you think it should be solved
• Extensive experience crafting cutting edge user experiences and user interfaces in the mobile app world
• Ability to propose solid early-stage UX and UI concepts, multiple versions/solutions to consider and to collaborate with others on
• An ongoing hunger to know the latest and greatest of what exists in the tech space.
• Interest in and ability to conduct competitor analysis of similar/existing features.
• Able to rapidly visualize concepts, often before consideration of design and branding pass (form follows function!). This would include:

               - Wireframing
               - Finding relevant inspiration and solutions from dribbble, behance, other apps, etc. (not just what looks pretty or cool, but if it will actually work as a solution)

• Ability to consider how new things work into our existing product and UX, but knowing when to break with an existing solution in favor of a new strategy.
• Bonus:

                - Ongoing ability to leverage existing data to inform and drive feature decisions throughout the whole process.

                - An eye for design and working with the Creative Director on designing the best UI elements

                - Basic ability to recognize some dev limitations for when some solutions may notbe possible, and working with CTO & Creative Director to come to the best solution possible.

• Familiar with Google Workspace/Productivity Apps, Miro/Real Time Board, Framer, Protopie, Adobe XD, FigJam, Freehand.
