About the role

As a Senior Motion Graphic Designer at Gamesys, in addition to your responsibility for your midweight motion design work, it is your job to improve the quality of the work the team is responsible for and help coach your teammates to elevate their skill level. You are critical to keeping the highest possible standard of work across the team and ensuring a consistent ‘look and feel’ across all ventures.

 Key Responsibilities (including all standard motion design responsibilities) 

• Working closely with the team, not only on your own projects, but ensuring the team has the help and support they need on their own work.
• Coaching teammates to keep the team skills high and always improving
• Setting the bar for project quality and a high creative standard for the team
• Understand how to divide a project between multiple teammates to ensure an optimal workflow
• Understand the current teams project priorities at any given time
• Able to juggle multiple projects at once, and dynamically shift direction as team priorities change
• Liaise with stakeholders to make sure they stay informed, that timelines are on track and feedback is implemented
• Excellent at giving constructive feedback to elevate the teams work
• Keep up to date on industry standards, software, tools and workflows
• Understand the company's strategic goals and how they relate to our team’s work
• Set and maintain a high standard in all the work that you do
