Our founding team consists of second-time ex-Wall Street founders with deep expertise in trading and hedging. Ming is an ex- long/short investor from Point72 Asset Management; Bonny is an ex- high frequency trader from Sun Trading. You would be joining the team as one of our first engineers.
About the Role:
As one of the company’s first mobile engineers, you will be building and owning the entire user experience for both iOS and Android. Customers who want to trade on our platform want a sleek, simple, and fun experience investing from their smartphones. You will gain a unique look into how the US financial system works on the inside and strengthen your financial-domain knowledge. You will wear multiple hats and have lots of autonomy (UI/UX design to API integration with the backend). You will have high impact and high growth potential.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a software developer
Expertise connecting with server-side REST APIs in Python/Django or Node.js
Expertise building mobile UIs in either React-Native or Swift + Kotlin
Expertise with Expo, Babel, Webpack
Expertise with mobile testing and debugging tools
