We are looking for a Growth Marketer to join our founding team and take on full responsibility for driving top-line growth by bringing challenging ideas and marketing campaigns that drive brand, product and business objectives.
Duties and responsibilities
- Produce written materials in a variety of formats, including social media, email and brand ambassador messaging.
- Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition including: organic social posts, , email marketing and influencer campaigns.
- Translate content into email, social media, website, blogging and influencer comms that delivers conversions.
- Test new approaches and capture existing demand.
- Define and develop a community management strategy.
- Organise various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums.
- Identify cultural / social media trends and insights.
Qualifications and requirements
- Copywriting skills. Interpreting creative direction and turning them into persuasive copy concepts.
- Collaborating with creative agency to brainstorm and develop a variety of marketing materials including social media posts, influencer messaging and email content.
- Strong background in online marketing.
- Analytical skills to leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends in order to generate creative ideas.
- Should have strong communication skills to interface with brand Ambassadors, Customers and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
- Effective project management abilities in order to successfully oversee multiple business initiatives
- Highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in their pursuit of growth.
- Open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
