DPM will be responsible forhandling Product implementation projects, working closely with our Customers toensure that all necessary requirements, deadlines, and schedules regardingactivities under contractual responsibility are delivered on track.Responsibilities include manage expectations according with productfunctionalities as well as establishing an effective communication being a single focal point for all the aspects on delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing  Project according to PM methodology, covering all activities required on delivery process
• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
• Proactive attitude, detecting early any problem or issue that could be impacting the Work Plan
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on     schedule and budget.
• Coordinating any necessary improvement in terms of process, user manuals, training     materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation
• Obtaining customer acceptance according to contract details.
• Be accountable for project results
• Managing customer satisfaction establishing clear objectives to be accomplished
• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
• Conducting final project evaluation, identifying activities for improvement.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field
• Experience in Project implementation of package/products of software
• Technical knowledge on development platforms Mobile/Web and integration
• Experience 7-10 years managing projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Vertical Industry process and Cybersecurity knowledge or experience is a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken English
