I am an Industrial Engineer with multicultural background focused on Supply Chain organization. Experience in change management, leading teams through this process (developing people, influencing & inspiring, Kpi’s tracking). My goal is to continue growing through transformational leadership experiences committed to business targets and teams developments in a diverse and inclusive environments. Boost processes innovation, analytics and smart metrics for decision making. The main skills I have developed along my career are Results oriented, Resilience, Networking & Relationship, Customer focus and Influencing Capacity. Always passionate and self-motivated to face new challenges. For the last 2 years I have been leaving abroad since my husband was relocated in Madrid. I decided to be a full time mother (I have 3 children) to assure a successful family landing. We are going back to Argentina next July 2021 and I`m willing to go back to work. Having the opportunity of working on demand for different organizations really sounds exiting. It is a continuous learning process just having the chance of connecting with different people, different working cultures, working on common projects.
