Tengo una experiencia de más de 15 años como Gerente de Proyecto con una solida experiencia en planificación, manejo de recursos, gestión de requerimientos, riesgos y control de calidad para proyectos tanto de mainframe como de Web. Previo a eso me desempeñe durante varios años como líder de numerosos grupos de trabajo tanto de mantenimiento como de desarrollo o integración de sistemas. Durante los primeros años de mi carrera me desempeñe como analista programador en distintas industrias entre comunicaciones, petróleo, manufacturera y de servicios. Cerficado PMP en Agosto del 2008 (recertificado hasta Agosto del 2023) y Scrum Master Certified (CSM) en Abril del 2010 .
Project Manager assigned to a PMO team . This team has responsibility over all the projects under the Billing Director and are responsible to all the different areas of a project like , scope , cost , time , customer satisfaction .
The PM’s assigned to this team manage multiple projects at the same time and are part of theirs activities provide weekly report to Directors and VP giving details on how the project is going on , action plans in place, risks,issues detected etc. The composition of the teams are usually with resources in different countries (like USA , Argentina and India) and with different roles (like Business Analyst , Architect , Developers ,etc.).
Now he is leading a project working using the Scrum Methodology (Agile) and he obtained the CSM certificacion this year (April 2010)

Role : CSM - Client Support Manager
Description : Ensure a focus on the account and their client to achieve good customer satisfaction ratings. Provide a Management focal point in the Delivery Center location for the account service management teams . Ensure and drive end-to-end ownership of problem/iniciatives . Provide a focal point for account communications, both receiving and giving information . Coordinate and maintain high levels of service quality delivered from within the Delivery Center. Responsible of all the financial aspects of the account/project (labor , external costs , etc.) .
IBM Global Services Export Department : Period March 2004 - Sept 2008
Role : Project Manager
Description : Working directly with the Business Area Manager of the region (South America). Part of his responsibilities are : responsible of the delivery (more than 20 projects), provides leadership and support to the different teams (150 resources) , identifies & manages risk as well as planning for transitions. The clients are spread mainly across USA and in Canada and the types of projects include development , maintenance/production support and/or testing, covering different types of platforms (Web-based and Mainframe-based) .
Global Logistic Americas - AFT US Finance Project . Period : June 2003 - March 2004
Role : Project Manager
Description : The primary objective of the Americas Foreign Trade program is to implement a replacement of the legacy import and export systems in the US covering the financial aspect of the system . He worked directly with the Client located in Boulder Colorado . The solution was Web oriented - mainly using Websphere product .
