Specializing in agile and traditional methodologies, I lead teams of 80 collaborators, managing multiple projects simultaneously, with 25 of them completed within budget in the last 4 years.

My postgraduate degrees in project management and business administration, as well as several international certifications obtained, allow me to consolidate my professional skills.

Monitoring project objectives, delivering to customers on time , following-up planned releases and sprint tasks are in my background. Project management and Agile coaching, as well as presentations of projects status to customers are some of my remarkable features.

A significant part of my life was spent in the field of music as a violinist. This gave me tools to complement the technical and structured vision of engineering, giving rise to a broader, more flexible and complete management profile.
